Dr. Michael Webster,
Symphony Conductor

Dr. Michael Webster is known as a clarinetist, conductor, composer and educator. Professor of clarinet at Rice University's Shepherd School of Music, he has performed with the Philadelphia Orchestra and Aaron Copland, the Boston Pops and John Williams, Yo-Yo Ma, the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, The Tokyo and Cleveland String Quartets and at many of North America's finest music festivals. He has served on the conducting faculties of the New England Conservatory and the University of Michigan and has conducted the Michigan and Asian Youth Orchestras.

Michael Alan Isadore,

Michael Alan Isadore is orchestra director at Dulles High School. He holds masters degrees in conducting and clarinet performance from the University of Missouri, Kansas City (UMKC) Conservatory of Music and a bachelor's degree inmusic education from Baylor University. Isadore also serves as the associate conductor of the Houston Civic Symphony and formed the moebius chamber ensemble in which he serves as conductor and clarinetist.

Dr. Brad Smith serves as Director of the Symphony Orchestra and String Chamber Music at The High School for the Performing and Visual Arts (HSPVA). Priorto his appointment at HSPVA, Dr. Smith conducted the University of Pennsylvania School of Music Symphony Orchestra and Wind Ensemble and the Delaware County Youth Orchestra. Dr. Smith received his Bachelor of Music degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and his Master of Music and Doctor of Musical Arts degrees in conducting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Carolyn Vandiver, Conductor

Carolyn Vandiver holds a bachelor's and master's degree in music education. She is the orchestra director at Stephen F. Austin High School in Fort Bend ISD. Vandiver is listed in Who's Who Among American Teachers and twice has been named teacher of the year. Her orchestras consistently receive sweepstakes awards at UIL competitions. She is also a UIL orchestra contest adjudicator.

Ann Victor is the orchestra director at Sartartia Middle School in Sugar Land. Victor graduated from Interlochen Academy for the Arts and received her Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees from Kent State University. She completed the coursework for her Doctor of Musical Arts in cello performance at The University of Texas at Austin. Her groups continually receive UIL sweepstakes awards.
